Applicant Requirements
All clients must have the following for housing to be found with Star Community Housing

  • Have support need(s) that prevents the client from living independently
  • Are currently unable to work due to their support need(s)
  • Are looking for a stable and secure home, where they will receive person centred support
  • Will be happy to engage in support provide by Star and other services
  • Are over 18

Please ensure the benefit claim check list on this form is referred to and that all items are either sent with the referral or brought with the client upon tenant sign-up.

Please complete all areas of the form and give as much detail as possible, failure to do so may result in a delay in housing.
